This year, a close-up of a tiny blue sea dragon\u00a0was selected as an \u201cImage of Distinction\u201d. The photo shows parts of the feathered arms that the tiny sea slug <em>Glaucus atlanticus<\/em> uses to float at the ocean surface, magnified five times.
